Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Jill Global Services Ltd is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard, and we are working to address these areas.
WCAG Principles We Follow
The four principles that guide our accessibility approach.

Operable
All UI components and navigation are operable via keyboard alone. We provide users enough time to read and use content, and do not design content in a way that is known to cause seizures.
Understandable
All text content is readable and understandable. Web pages appear and operate in predictable ways, and we help users avoid and correct mistakes through clear error identification.
Robust
Content is robust enough to be reliably interpreted by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies such as screen readers and voice control software.

While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of our website may have limitations. In particular, some older PDF documents and portfolio images may not have complete accessibility features.
